Directors/shareholder information is not filled, so is secret.

The cost of running the Belize company is : 100+175+35 = US$205 (about £128 per year) This is due now, we havent paid this yet (covers the period January to January), and will leave it to you.

This is a genuine no reserve sale, starting at just £50 a fraction of what it would cost to set this up yourself, we will not pull this sale or do deals outside of eBay, you could even conceivably get all of this for just £50.

Completion:- on completion of this sale you are required to pay by Paypal or by cheque sent within 3 days, or make other arrangements with us made before you bid

We will email you some questions that you need to answer. These relate to who the director or directors are to be, the address you want the documentation etc sent.

Within a couple of days we will post you by first class mail /recorded delivery, all the company documentation and a letter confirming what has been done, and details of any action still required by you.

You will then be in complete control of the company, and able to make any other changes you like.
